If wishes were horses, we'd like all our new hires to have Isaac Newtons' IQ, da Vinci's passion, Michelangelo's attention to detail, Gautam Buddha's detachment, Mother Teresa's compassion and the like. But given they aren't, we've scaled down our expectation somewhat and are left with a few qualities we simply can't do without.
